Last updated: 2 July 2026
These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of our website, online store, products, checkout, customer account features and related services provided through https://barlova-one.com/.
By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, subscribing to updates, contacting us or using any part of our online store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or place an order.
These terms apply to purchases made directly from BARLOVA ONE LTD through our website. They do not apply to purchases made through third-party marketplaces, retailers or websites.
1. Company information
This website is operated by:
BARLOVA ONE LTD
Company number: 16531042
Registered office: International House, 307 Cotton Exchange, Old Hall Street, Liverpool, United Kingdom, L3 9LQ
Email: contact@barlova-one.com
In these Terms of Service, “BARLOVA ONE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BARLOVA ONE LTD. “You” and “your” refer to the person using our website or purchasing products from us.
2. About our business
BARLOVA ONE LTD is an online retail business selling smart automatic watering systems, irrigation products, indoor growing systems, hydroponic products, misting solutions, garden accessories and related plant care products.
We may operate using a fulfilment model. This means that some products may be stored, packed, dispatched, delivered, returned, replaced or inspected by trusted suppliers, fulfilment partners, warehouses, logistics providers or courier companies on our behalf.
Your contract for the purchase of products through our website is with BARLOVA ONE LTD unless clearly stated otherwise.
3. Use of our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable, overload, impair or interfere with our website, systems, checkout, payment processing, customer service or other users.
You must not:
- Use our website for fraud, unlawful activity or misleading transactions;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, customer accounts or payment systems;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, harmful code or automated scraping tools;
- Copy, reproduce or exploit our website content without permission;
- Misuse product reviews, forms, checkout, discount codes or customer support channels;
- Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information when placing an order or contacting us.
We may suspend, restrict or refuse access to our website if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or if access creates a security, fraud, legal or operational risk.
4. Eligibility to place orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian;
- The information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date;
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided at checkout;
- You are purchasing the products for lawful use.
5. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to display product names, descriptions, specifications, images, prices, compatibility information and availability accurately.
However, product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours, packaging, accessories, labels, minor design details or product presentation may vary depending on screen settings, supplier updates, manufacturing changes or product batches.
For irrigation systems, smart watering systems, hydroponic products and garden equipment, you are responsible for checking whether the product is suitable for your intended use, space, plant type, water supply, installation conditions and any relevant safety requirements before purchase and use.
We may update product information, pricing, descriptions, images or availability at any time. Changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted unless there is an obvious error or we contact you to agree a change.
6. Product availability
Products are subject to availability. Because we may use fulfilment partners, supplier stock feeds or warehouse networks, availability can change quickly.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer a replacement, alternative product, delayed fulfilment or refund. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund the relevant amount paid.
7. Prices, taxes and delivery charges
Product prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
Delivery charges, taxes and any other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order, where applicable.
We aim to show pricing clearly and transparently. If a mandatory charge applies to an order, we will aim to show it before checkout is completed.
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
8. Pricing and website errors
We try to ensure that prices, descriptions and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur.
If we discover an obvious error in the price, description, availability, promotion or delivery cost of a product you ordered, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the corrected information or cancel the order.
We are not required to supply a product at an incorrect price where the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake.
9. Orders and order acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Service.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including where:
- The product is unavailable;
- There is an obvious pricing or product information error;
- Payment is declined or cannot be verified;
- The order appears fraudulent, suspicious or unlawful;
- The shipping address is incomplete, invalid or unsupported;
- We are unable to fulfil the order through our supplier, warehouse or fulfilment partner.
If we refuse or cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
10. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payment options may include card payments, Shopify-supported payment methods or other payment providers displayed on our website.
Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete payment card details on our own systems.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information. If payment is declined, reversed, disputed or suspected to be fraudulent, we may suspend or cancel the relevant order.
11. Fulfilment and delivery
We may fulfil orders directly or through trusted suppliers, warehouses, fulfilment partners, logistics providers and courier companies.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only unless we specifically state otherwise. Delivery may be affected by stock availability, supplier processing times, courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, weather, incorrect address information or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information provided by you.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to receive them. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.
12. Delivery problems
If your order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit or shown as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible at: contact@barlova-one.com.
We may need to review tracking information, courier records, delivery confirmation, fulfilment status and any evidence you provide. We will work with the courier or fulfilment partner to investigate and resolve the issue where reasonably possible.
13. Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at: contact@barlova-one.com.
We will try to cancel the order before it is processed. However, because some orders may be sent quickly to suppliers, warehouses or fulfilment partners, cancellation before dispatch cannot always be guaranteed.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still have the right to return it after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
14. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged goods, faulty products and cancellation rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions.
Please do not send products to our registered office unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Because we may use fulfilment partners and warehouse locations, the correct return address may be different from our registered office address.
To request a return or refund, contact us at: contact@barlova-one.com.
15. Faulty or not-as-described products
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your statutory rights. If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for its usual purpose, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under applicable consumer law.
If you believe a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or videos where relevant.
Products damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, poor maintenance, unauthorised repair, modification, accidental damage, weather exposure beyond product specifications or failure to follow instructions may not qualify as faulty.
16. Installation and safe use
Some products we sell may require assembly, installation, connection to water systems, connection to power sources, placement near plants, use with pumps, timers, sensors, tubing, misting systems or other accessories.
You are responsible for reading and following all product instructions, warnings, compatibility guidance, safety information and maintenance requirements supplied with the product.
You should not use products in a way that is unsafe, incompatible with the product specifications, unsuitable for the environment, or contrary to the instructions provided.
Where professional installation is recommended or reasonably required, you are responsible for arranging a suitably qualified person to install or inspect the product.
17. Product advice and website content
Any product guidance, plant care information, irrigation suggestions, growing tips, blog content, FAQs or support information on our website is provided for general information only.
It is not professional agricultural, horticultural, engineering, electrical, plumbing or safety advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a product or method is suitable for your specific use, environment, plants, water system and property.
18. Customer accounts
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it has been misused, compromised, used fraudulently or used in breach of these terms.
19. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes, promotional offers, sale prices and special offers are subject to the terms displayed with the promotion.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, may be limited to certain products or customers, may have expiry dates, may be withdrawn at any time and may not be combined with other offers.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse or reverse a discount where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, incorrectly or in breach of the promotion terms.
20. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, rating, testimonial, comment, photo, video or other content to us or through our website, you confirm that the content is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You must not submit content that is false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, unlawful, offensive, spam, promotional without permission, or unrelated to the product or service.
We may moderate, remove or refuse to publish reviews or user content where we reasonably believe it breaches these terms, is unlawful, is misleading, contains personal data that should not be public, or is otherwise inappropriate.
By submitting user content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and share that content for the purposes of operating our website, displaying reviews, improving our services and promoting our products, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
21. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, design, graphics, logos, icons, product presentation, page layouts, images, photographs, videos, product descriptions and branding, is owned by or licensed to BARLOVA ONE LTD unless stated otherwise.
You may use our website for personal shopping and information purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, republish, sell, exploit or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
22. Third-party services and links
Our website may include links to third-party websites or services, including payment providers, Shopify services, courier tracking pages, social media platforms, review tools or other external websites.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability or practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party websites may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
23. Privacy and personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you may have.
By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy, including where necessary for order processing, fulfilment, delivery, payment, fraud prevention, customer support, returns and legal compliance.
24. Availability of the website
We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available at all times.
We may suspend, withdraw, update or restrict access to all or part of the website for maintenance, security, operational, legal or business reasons.
25. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of your statutory rights.
Subject to the above, BARLOVA ONE LTD is not responsible for:
- Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order;
- Losses caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification or failure to follow product instructions;
- Losses caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by you;
- Business losses if you purchased as a consumer, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity or business interruption;
- Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control;
- Third-party courier delays, customs delays or service provider failures, except where we remain legally responsible.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
26. Business customers
If you purchase products for business, trade, resale, commercial installation or professional use, you confirm that you are acting as a business customer and not as a consumer.
For business customers, we exclude all implied terms to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Business customers are responsible for checking suitability, compliance, installation requirements, safety requirements and compatibility before purchasing or using products.
27. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. These may include courier delays, supplier disruption, warehouse disruption, strikes, transport delays, customs delays, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, cyber incidents, technical failures, power failures, changes in law or other events beyond our reasonable control.
If such an event affects your order, we will try to contact you and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact where possible.
28. Changes to these Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business, website, products, fulfilment arrangements, service providers, legal requirements or operational practices.
The version of the Terms of Service that applies to your order is the version available on our website at the time you place your order, unless a change is required by law.
29. Severability
If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
30. Transfer of rights
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Service to another organisation, for example in connection with a business sale, restructuring, merger or transfer of our website or operations.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without our prior written consent, unless the law allows otherwise.
31. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. If you are a consumer living outside the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
If you are a business customer, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service, our website or any order placed with us.
